PHILIPPINE-BASED FILIPINO APPLICANTS
The Estimator Sales Admin Assistant is responsible for preparing accurate quotations managing sales data responding to enquiries and supporting the sales team with product and pricing solutions. This role focuses on speed accuracy CRM excellence and commercial judgment. Ensuring clients receive timely well-considered options aligned with the product range and brand tone.
Key Responsibilities
Sales & Quoting
- Prepare accurate sales estimates and quotations
- Recommend suitable products and pricing based on client needs
- Create and update quotes using MS Word and HubSpot templates
- Manage quote revisions approvals and tender support as needed
Client & Enquiry Management
- Respond to sales enquiries via email and internal channels
- Communicate professionally with clients using approved language and tone
- Provide clear product information pricing and timely follow-ups
CRM & Data Management (HubSpot)
- Create and maintain accurate deals in HubSpot
- Keep client deal and sales information up to date
- Assist with data analysis clean-up and basic reporting for Sales and Marketing
Reporting & Coordination
- Update weekly sales reports in Google Sheets
- Coordinate with Sales and Operations on pricing scope and timelines
- Keep organised records of quotes and approvals
Technical Support
- Read basic measurements and understand plan scales when required
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Sales Estimator Sales Assistant or Estimator Sales Administrator
- Experience preparing quotations and tender documentation (interiors construction or specification preferred)
- Advanced experience using HubSpot CRM (required)
- Strong numerical accuracy and pricing confidence
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (costing sorting analysis reporting)
- Excellent written English and professional email communication
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple deadlines
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of data quality
Work Environment & Expectations
While this is a work-from-home position it is important to note that this is a full-time rolenot a freelance or flexible-hour arrangement. You will be expected to work a fixed shift and maintain a high level of professionalism and accountability just as you would in an office environment.
This role requires:
Discipline and commitment to set working hours (strict shift times not flexible)
Use of time tracking software during work hours
Active participation in team and client calls with your camera ON
Consistent availability and responsiveness throughout your shift
Treating this as a long-term full-time jobnot a side gig or freelance task
Payroll is processed bi-monthly.

5. HMO offered after 6-months probation
6. Eligible for 13th Month Pay after 30 days
