Job Summary

EviSmart AI Workflow Automation for Dental Labs
is the AI-powered workflow automation platform helping dental laboratories eliminate manual processes scale without adding headcount and protect margins.

We automate non-revenue generating tasks like:

  • IOS portal monitoring
  • Manual case entry
  • QC bottlenecks
  • File transfers between systems
  • CAD Design Services

 

The Role

We are hiring a driven high-energy SDR whose primary mission is simple: 

Book qualified workflow discovery calls for our Account Executives.

You will prospect dental laboratories across North America educate them on workflow automation and create curiosity that leads to deep-dive discovery calls.

You are not selling software.

You are opening doors to operational transformation.

 

What Youll Be Doing

  • High-volume outbound calling (smile and dial and enjoy it)
  • Personalized email & LinkedIn outreach


      Qualifying labs based on:

  • Technician count
  • Daily digital scan volume
  • Workflow complexity
  • Growth goals
  • Using consultative openers (not robotic scripts)

      Creating curiosity around:

  • Staffing challenges
  • Production bottlenecks
  • Manual data entry
  • Scaling without headcount
  • Booking discovery calls for Account Executives
  • Logging detailed notes in HubSpot
  • Hitting and exceeding weekly booked-meeting targets

 

What Success Looks Like

  • Consistently books qualified discovery calls
  • Asks intelligent workflow questions
  • Creates urgency without being pushy
  • Maintains strong activity levels daily
  • Builds relationships not just dials numbers
  • Contributes to team pipeline growth

Qualifications :

Must-Haves

  • Have heard the term Smile and Dial and enjoy it
  • Love outbound calling
  • A natural relationship builder
  • Competitive and internally driven
  • Coachable
  • A team player
  • Resilient - rejection does not rattle you
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

 

Bonus if you:

  • Have SaaS or dental industry experience
  • Understand consultative selling
  • Thrive in high-performance environments

Work setup: FULL ONSITE Monday to Friday or Tuesday to Saturday
Schedule: 9pm to 6am
