Our Marketing & Cash Management Group team is looking for experienced professionals to join us in Cebu as a Sales Manager.

In this role you will sell the Banks cash management solutions to target customers working closely with CBG RMs RBG RHs DHs and Store Managers/Sales Officers to drive business growth.

What the role will entail

• Provide marketing strategies tools and market updates to equip CBG RMs and RBG Business Managers/Sales Officers in achieving cash management targets.
• Champion assigned cash management products and monitor performance across throughput CASA ADB/Float and income per marketing unit.
• Generate demand through diagnostic client calls identifying needs and recommending appropriate cash management solutions.
• Deliver client presentations prepare and price proposals and follow through in coordination with the relevant RM or Business Manager/Sales Officer.
• Conduct cash management seminars or lectures for internal bank units as needed.
• Gather and relay customer feedback to Product Management to enhance offerings and support profitable growth.
• Represent the Bank in functions related to the role and perform other duties as assigned by supervisors.

What were looking for

• Holder of a Bachelors degree
• At least 1 - 2 years of relevant experience in banking finance sales marketing fintech IT telecommunications FMCG or related industries.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively across various bank units.
• Demonstrates analytical ability emotional intelligence and the capability to understand and address customer needs.
