Main scope:
Consultant will ensure that solution evolves including enhancements requests management and prioritization together with the Network Service & Solution Managers including Design & Build activities handled in project mode.
Consultant will ensure that support teams at level 1 and 2 are properly handled.
Acting as Level 3 support escalation point for both Incident & Changes you must guarantee operational excellence and continuous improvement of Network solutions especially Datacenter LAN components.
Consultant will be responsible for the delivery of level 3 support (incident and change management). Consultant will be required to act hands-on oriented to address any implementations & issues that impact your solution (either as supervisor of Level 2 team or main contributor for complex ones) manage if any dependency with other solutions and act as technical leader for major incident resolution.
Consultant needs to stay in touch externally with the development of the solution and if any modification has to be done Consultant will act as an internal advisor. Consultant will be playing a key role in the integration of new applications/services within our environment
Transferring the functional technical and procedural knowledge from the Build to the Run organization.
Main responsibilities:
Monitor incidents act as Level 3 escalation for identification of the root cause coordinate actions to restore services.
Provide technical review & approval of changes and even implement complex ones.
Manage priorities of the evolution of the solution.
Manage changes new requirements and documentation of the solution.
Contribute to project as Subject Matter Expert by handling Design & Build activities for Network area.
Monitors and analyzes performance implement measures likely to improve the quality or productivity.
Monitor control and support service delivery; ensuring systems methodologies and procedures are in place and followed.
Ensure excellent communication and collaboration between Applications and Infrastructures teams.

Main requirements:
Proven experience in Network domain (at least 5 Years).
Experience in Infrastructure Maintenance Support in a very diverse IT landscape.
Strong technical skills of Datacenter Network infrastructure technologies and SDWAN.

Proven experience in production environments / critical operations.

ITIL Foundation certified is a plus.
