About the Role

We are looking for a Native Spanish-speaking Advertising Specialist to join a fast-paced sales team in Sofia. This is a performance-driven role focused on growing client portfolios increasing advertising budgets and acquiring new business within the digital advertising sector.

Responsibilities

Identify and develop high-potential sales opportunities
Manage and expand existing client accounts
Increase customer advertising budgets through upselling strategies
Win new business through competitive selling
Build strong long-term client relationships
Achieve and exceed quarterly sales targets

Requirements

Native-level Spanish (C2)
Good command of English (B2)
Minimum 1.5 years of sales experience preferably in tech or advertising
Proven ability to grow customer budgets and close deals
Strong negotiation and communication skills
Understanding of digital advertising is a plus
