About the Role
We are looking for a French-speaking Customer Success Specialist to join a dynamic and growth-focused team in Sofia. This role combines customer relationship management with proactive business development activities ensuring clients achieve maximum value while identifying new growth opportunities.

Responsibilities

Manage and develop a portfolio of existing clients

Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities

Conduct outbound calls to strengthen client relationships

Apply lead generation and qualification methodologies

Support clients in optimizing their digital/tech solutions

Achieve individual revenue and performance targets
Requirements

Fluency in French (C1C2)

Good command of English (B2)

Minimum 2 years of cold calling sales experience

Strong knowledge of business development and lead qualification

Experience in tech or digital advertising is highly preferred

Excellent communication and negotiation skills
