About the Role
We are looking for a German-speaking Sales Support Specialist to join a dynamic and growing team in Sofia. This is a hybrid position offering a great balance between office collaboration and remote flexibility.
You will play a key role in supporting the sales team maintaining strong client relationships and ensuring smooth internal coordination.
Responsibilities

Supporting the sales team with administrative and operational tasks

Managing customer inquiries via email and phone in German

Preparing quotations reports and sales documentation

Coordinating with internal departments to ensure timely delivery

Maintaining accurate records in CRM systems

Assisting with order processing and follow-ups
Requirements

Fluency in German (C1C2 level)

Good command of English (B2)

Previous experience in sales support customer service or administrative roles is a plus

Strong communication and organizational skills

Ability to work in a hybrid environment in Sofia
