About the Role
We are looking for a German-speaking Customer Success Specialist to join a dynamic and performance-driven team. This role blends customer relationship management with proactive business development activities ensuring clients maximize value while identifying revenue growth opportunities.

Responsibilities

Manage and grow an assigned portfolio of clients

Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities

Conduct outbound calls to strengthen customer relationships

Apply structured lead generation and qualification methodologies

Support clients in optimizing digital or tech-based solutions

Achieve and exceed revenue and performance targets
Requirements

Fluency in German (C1C2)

Good command of English (B2)

Minimum 2 years of cold calling sales experience

Solid knowledge of business development and lead qualification strategies

Experience in tech or digital advertising is highly preferred

Strong negotiation and communication skills
