About the Role
The Maternal and Child Health Nursing Service responds to the needs of children and families by monitoring social and emotional wellbeing health growth and development. Families are offered a suite of interventions within the Universal Service in addition to available targeted interventions when required. Key aspects of the role are promoting and advocating for the health and wellbeing of children and their families through early intervention and anticipatory guidance.
About the Successful Candidate
The successful candidate will be registered with AHPRA as a Division 1 (One) nurse and midwife and hold an accredited post graduate degree in Child and Family Health Nursing. Key to your success will be well developed interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with families and other service providers.
