Job Summary
We are seeking a Senior Manager of Talent Strategy & Development who is passionate about building strong leadership pipelines and fostering a culture of continuous learning and this high-impact role you will lead initiatives that attract develop and retain top talent while aligning talent planning with business priorities. We will not sponsor individuals for employment visas now or in the future for this job Location: Preference is for candidates to be within a commutable distance to our office location in the greater Philadelphia PA area.
