- Plan and execute various projects remotely ensuring they are completed on time and within budget
- Manage project resources including team members and external contractors to achieve project goals
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project scope goals and deliverables
- Monitor project progress identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies
- Communicate project updates and status reports to stakeholders and senior management
- Ensure project documentation is complete and up-to-date
- Lead project meetings provide direction and guidance to team members
Essential Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in project management business administration or related field
- Proven experience as a project manager in a remote work environment
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies and tools
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
Desired Experience:
- 2 years of experience in project management role
- Experience working with cross-functional teams and external vendors
- Certification in project management (PMP Prince2 or equivalent)
