- Experience with multi-family and mixed-use real estate projects
- 5-7 years experience in home repairs or home warranty work

- The ability to perform home repairs with a high degree of quality and efficiency

- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to simultaneously manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment
- A highly methodical approach with careful attention to detail

A DAY IN THE LIFE
As part of the Homeowner Care team youll spend your day meeting with Intracorp homeowners to review requested service items as well as conduct various hands-on pre-completion and post completion duties as scheduled by the Manager Homeowner Care.
You will:
- Perform repairs on work orders that do not involve a trade
- Update service item work order status daily in the Homeowner Care system making notes re: other issues not warrantable items homeowner damage recommended back charges etc.
- Troubleshoot mechanical/electrical issues and resolve if possible as appropriate. If not you will communicate with the respective trade service person to schedule their attendance to remedy the issue
- Communicate regularly with the Customer Service Team regarding service item status prioritization and timing to complete requested warranty work
- Conduct customer orientations as required
- Meet with/supervise contractors as required
- Assess reported common area deficiencies carry out necessary repairs calling in contractors as appropriate
- Order and maintain supplies equipment parts materials needed to complete warranty work orders; submit expenses
- Participate in special projects and perform other related duties as requested
