First-line supervisor responsible for assigning and coordinating all work on the production line(s). Organizes material flows and inventory to reach production targets. Supervises trains and is responsible for the work safety of a team of production staff. Implements production schedules methods and processes. Identifies problems and proposes solutions and/or improvements of the production process. Allocates manpower and equipment for production purposes.

Pay Range:

85500.00 - 104500.00
