Whats the role
As theSenior Manager you will lead the development of the end-to-end Mortgages strategy and provide strategic guidance to the Mortgages Leadership team. You will engage with a diverse range of stakeholders to achieve key objectives leveraging strong communication and influencing skills to drive outcomes. Using a data-driven approach you will design and deliver strategic roadmaps that shape investment decisions and establish cross-line-of-business prioritisation frameworks.
You will manage complex interdependencies across teams and villages ensuring seamless collaboration. Additionally you will champion continuous improvement in Mortgages portfolio delivery by leading quarterly Big Room Planning sessions and coordinating the cross-functional Ways of Working squad. A critical part of your role will be identifying and managing emerging risks within the Mortgages line of business proactively assessing opportunities and threats over a multi-year horizon.
What do I need
- Experience in mortgages / strategy consulting
- Strong commercial acumen with a focus on customer outcomes
- Bring perspectives for best practices both locally and internationally
- Driving clarity and providing direction in an ambiguous environment
- Exceptional stakeholder relationship building and engagement
- Drive innovation by exploring emerging technology market trends and new methodologies
