FRONT END SUPERVISORReports to Chris Epp and Robyn WinebergDuties and Responsibilities include but are not limited to:Provide excellent customer service by greeting and assisting customers and responding to customer inquiries and complaints; lead by loyalty program memberships and other promotions or non-profit donation drives. Set and Inspire the team to meet their monthly scan rate and accuracy goals and hold them accountable to their customers on the benefits of our membership program non-profit donation drives or other rotating an advocate for and educate all team members who work on the front end on the companys mission and familiarize yourself with our products promotions and membership the point person for front end team members oversee their training reward and recognize their performance and delegate their work assignments to be completed most with the Store Director and Assistant Store Directors on hiring evaluation and overall supervision of department that all opening and closing procedures are performed. Procedures include but are not limited to: auditing safe; ensuring equipment is in good working order; stocking check stand area with bags register receipt tape etc.; assist with daily schedules as needed ordering store for accurate counting balancing and securing of change drawer safe and coupon leadership to control store expenses by improving operations and efficiencies controlling labor costs and by reducing losses due to shrinkage and updated on special cashier and merchandise needs that arise for holidays as well as market trends in the Healthy / Grocery an educator and brand expert speak on the Locavore mission and standards for able to work a flexible schedule in order to be available for all shiftsAssist with the onboarding orientation and training of new hiresOther duties as assigned by upper is a full time hourly position with a varying schedule based on needs of the business.
