As an Asset Management Executive you will play a crucial role in overseeing the management of our assets developing strategies to enhance asset performance and collaborating with various departments to align asset management practices with organizational goals. Responsibilities
- Develop and implement asset management strategies and policies
- Monitor and evaluate the performance of assets
- Collaborate with finance and operations teams to optimize asset utilization
- Conduct regular audits of asset inventory and condition
- Prepare reports on asset performance and recommend improvements
- Manage asset lifecycle from acquisition to disposal
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and standards
- Provide training and support to staff on asset management best practices
Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration Finance or a related field
- 3 years of experience in asset management or a similar role
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent organizational and project management abilities
- Proficient in asset management software and tools
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Knowledge of healthcare industry standards and regulations is a plus
