Life Signs is looking for an Asset Management Executive to join our dedicated team in the healthcare industry. This full-time remote position based in Roanoke offers an exciting opportunity to manage and optimize asset utilization within our organization ensuring that we continue to provide high-quality services to our clients.
As an Asset Management Executive you will play a crucial role in overseeing the management of our assets developing strategies to enhance asset performance and collaborating with various departments to align asset management practices with organizational goals. Your expertise will contribute significantly to our mission of delivering exceptional healthcare services while maintaining cost efficiency.
We offer a competitive salary range of $50 - $64 per hour along with a comprehensive benefits package and opportunities for professional development in a supportive and innovative environment.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement asset management strategies and policies
- Monitor and evaluate the performance of assets
- Collaborate with finance and operations teams to optimize asset utilization
- Conduct regular audits of asset inventory and condition
- Prepare reports on asset performance and recommend improvements
- Manage asset lifecycle from acquisition to disposal
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and standards
- Provide training and support to staff on asset management best practices
Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration Finance or a related field
- 3 years of experience in asset management or a similar role
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent organizational and project management abilities
- Proficient in asset management software and tools
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Knowledge of healthcare industry standards and regulations is a plus
