Were hiring a BDC Manager to run a high-urgency high-standards lead operation focused on speed-to-lead consistent follow-up and setting real appointments (reservations) that show and buy.
This role is for a hands-on leader who can coach day-to-day behaviors hold the team accountable to activity and quality and improve outcomes without letting leads get stale.
Own BDC performance: response time contact rate appointments set show rate and sold outcomes
Coach scripts and messaging for text/email/calls to increase engagement and bookings
Monitor lead flow and assign/redistribute leads to prevent missed opportunities
Run daily huddles call reviews and performance follow-ups
Build and enforce process: logging next steps time-stamped tasks and escalation rules
Partner with Sales Managers to coordinate reservations confirmations and day-of execution
Recruit train and develop BDC reps; improve retention and performance consistency
2 years BDC leadership or internet sales leadership experience in automotive preferred
Strong coaching ability (call review messaging review accountability)
Proven track record improving appointment show rate and sold outcomes
Process-driven: you like standards dashboards and daily execution
Comfortable with CRM workflows and reporting (VinSolutions experience a plus)
Strong communication urgency and professionalism
