Job Summary
The expected pay range for a Sales Manager in Kapolei Hawaii is $88000 to $105000 per year plus commission.
HPM Building Supply in Kapolei Hawaii is seeking to hire a Sales Manager. The Sales Manager in partnership with the Regional Manager leads the sales team in a geographic region to expertly serve customers maintain high standards and meet and exceed sales targets. The Sales Manager ensures correct staffing levels and is responsible for hiring training and providing guidance to sales team members.
QUALIFICATIONS - What Were Looking For in this Sales Manager Role
- Proven results in outside sales for five years
- Two years of management experience
- Valid drivers license required
- Ability to read blueprints and provide a takeoff
- College degree preferred
