Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales Reporting & Analytics Generate insightful sales reports tracking production audit delivery and forecasts to keep stakeholders informed
  • Client Relationship Management Manage training inquiries coordinate appointments and schedule presentations that convert leads into lasting partnerships
  • CRM & Data Management Encode registration data and maintain accurate records for seamless logistics and certificate issuance
  • Budget & Forecasting Support BD/Sales budget preparation and monitor performance against targets
  • Meeting Coordination Organize departmental meetings and maintain timely communication across teams
  • Marketing Support Collaborate on proposals brochures and presentations that showcase our certification expertise
  • Market Intelligence Conduct research on key accounts and industry trends to inform strategic decisions
  • Contract Administration Prepare and manage contracts with proper approvals and scheduling
  • Inquiry Management Serve as first point of contact for training inquiries ensuring efficient routing to BD/Sales managers

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelors/College Degree in Business Administration
  • Minimum of 3 years working experience in a related field
  • Over 5 years of experience specializing in sales with a focus on certification and TIC services
