Job Summary

This is a remote position.

What Youll Do

  • Conduct cold calls to businesses daily to uncover finance needs.

  • Qualify leads and schedule meetings with potential clients.

  • Follow up on warm leads to nurture relationships and move opportunities forward.

  • Assist clients with documentation and onboarding processes.

  • Support the deal flow alongside the backend team including credit packaging and lender submissions.

  • Focus on creating conversations generating qualified opportunities and feeding the sales pipeline.

Who You Are

  • Confident on the phone and resilient in handling rejection.

  • Comfortable making 60100 calls per day.

  • Energetic coachable and eager to learn about commercial finance.

  • Motivated by performance growth and measurable results.

  • Thrive in a structured target-driven environment.
