We act for the RoleThe Coordinator Housing provides housing and tenancy management services to refugees and humanitarian entrants establishing a new life in Australia. The role is responsible for managing properties adhering to the relevant State & Territory Residential Tenancies Act and program policies. The Coordinator is also responsible for ensuring refugees secure long-term and sustainable tenancies for a diverse and broad range of communities. The Coordinator Housing plays a critical role in the delivery of our services to refugees and humanitarian entrants and will work closely with our case coordination teams volunteers and other addition to managing and securing properties for clients Housing Coordinators support clients to understand how to maintain their homes and develop the skills needed to independently search for apply for and secure housing.
