The team is small agile and growing which means youll get broad exposure to end-to-end recruitment national workforce planning and employee experience initiatives.A Day in the Life of our Talent Coordinator Talent AcquisitionTake ownership of end-to-end recruitment for clinic roles with a focus on Laser & Skin Therapists and ReceptionistsProactively headhunt top talent across your designated locations and regionsCoordinate advertising screening shortlisting interviews reference checks and offersBuild and maintain strong relationships with external agencies to support recruitment needsWork closely with Clinic Managers and Business Development Managers to prioritise hiring based on operational needsProactively source and build talent pools to meet high-volume recruitment demandsSupport the Talent Specialist and the People Operations & Talent Manager in national initiatives that enhance the MediAesthetics Employee Value PropositionCandidate Experience & AdministrationMake sure every candidate and hiring manager has a seamless positive experienceAssist with creating employment contracts offer letters and onboarding documentationSupport HRIS (Dayforce) and recruitment systems to keep everything accurate and compliantKeep recruitment trackers candidate pipelines and dashboards up to dateOperational Excellence Monitor recruitment workload and flag when vacancies exceed agreed thresholdsIdentify ways to improve recruitment processes and contribute to efficiency initiativesOur perfect profile Youve got 12 years experience in agency recruitment or in-house talent ideally juggling multiple live vacancies at once. Youre skilled at building strong relationships and managing stakeholders with excellent attention to detail organisational skills and clear communication.
