About the Opportunity

As our Program Coordinator you will coordinate the endtoend delivery of the Skilling Queenslanders for Work program in line with approved funding agreements timelines and service outcomes. Maintain oversight of program activities to ensure milestones deliverables and contractual requirements are this role you will also:

  • In collaboration with the Assistive Technology Trainer oversee assistive technology training content.
  • Plan develop and deliver training sessions for job search skills.
  • Coordinate and support employment placements for all participants.
  • Coordinate participant recruitment intake and enrolment processes ensuring eligibility readiness and cohort suitability.
  • Coordinate financial reporting inputs including interim and final acquittals in collaboration with finance and compliance teams.

About You

The Skilling Queenslanders with Work Program Coordinator will bring a strong combination of vocational expertise training capability and person-centred practice with the ability to deliver high quality outcomes for people with disability.

Key requirements include:

  • A Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAE40122) or the ability and commitment to obtain this qualification.
  • Mental Health First Aid Psychological First Aid or a related qualification (desirable).
  • Relevant vocational competencies at least to the level being delivered and/or assessed.
  • Current industry skills and knowledge directly relevant to the training assessment and employment pathways being delivered.
