As part of the Business Application Consulting team you play a critical role in enabling Agile delivery by improving team effectiveness enhancing operational productivity and supporting superior customer outcomes through disciplined Scrum practices and continuous improvement. As a Scrum Master you lead and coach cross-functional teamsfosteringcollaboration accountability and self-organization while partnering closely with Product Owners and stakeholders. You are accountable for the successful execution of Agile ceremonies removal of impediments and adherence to delivery and quality standards. Leveraging your business and deliveryexpertise you help teams translate priorities into actionable outcomes support release readiness and enable transparency across engagements. You champion PwCs quality standards values and ways of working while contributing to broader firm initiatives and client success through effective Agile leadership.
Responsibilities
Ownand manage project scope timelines and sprint execution to ensure predictable and on-time delivery.
FacilitateAgile ceremonies including sprint planning daily stand-ups sprint reviews and retrospectives.
Coachand mentor team members on Agile and Scrum principles to drive continuous improvement and maturity.
Promoteeffective communication and collaboration within the team and across stakeholders.
Actas the primary point of contact for external communications including customers and business stakeholders.
Partnerclosely with Product Owners to refine prioritize and manage product backlogs and incoming requests.
Proactivelyidentify resolve and remove impediments risks and conflictsimpactingteam performance.
Enableteams to adopt and implement changes efficiently whilemaintainingdelivery momentum.
Ensuresprint deliverables meet defined quality standards and acceptance criteria.
Guidedevelopment teams toward higher levels of Scrum maturity and self-organization.
Fostera positive accountable and productive team environment where members take ownership of outcomes and enjoy their work.
Effectivelymanage team dynamics with strong organizational facilitation and time-management skills.
What You Must Have
- Bachelors Degree
- 8 years of experience
- Oral and writtenproficiencyin English
