Job Summary

Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Project Manager with a strong background in project management to lead and oversee various projects within our organization. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successfully managing projects from inception to completion ensuring they are delivered on time within scope and within budget.
Responsibilities:

Lead project planning sessions and define project scope goals and deliverables.
Develop detailed project plans including timelines milestones and resource allocation.
Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure all aspects of the project are executed effectively.
Monitor project progress and make adjustments as necessary to ensure successful completion.
Communicate project status to stakeholders and manage expectations throughout the project lifecycle.
Identify and mitigate project risks and issues proactively.
Ensure compliance with organizational standards and best practices in project management.

Mandatory Skills:

Proven experience in project management with a focus on delivering results.
Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and tools.
Excellent leadership and team management skills.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize effectively.

Preferred Skills:

Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent.
Experience with Agile methodologies.
Familiarity with project management software (e.g. MS Project JIRA).
Experience in stakeholder management and engagement.

Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in Business Administration Project Management or a related field.
10-15 years of experience in project management roles.
Proven ability to lead and motivate teams to achieve project goals.
