- Proven experience in project management with a focus on delivering results.
- Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and tools.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize effectively.
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent.
- Experience with Agile methodologies.
- Familiarity with project management software (e.g. MS Project JIRA).
- Experience in stakeholder management and engagement.
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration Project Management or a related field.
- 10-15 years of experience in project management roles.
- Proven ability to lead and motivate teams to achieve project goals.
