Duties:

Senior Manager Strategic Programs & Audience Marketing India (IC5)

Role overview:

The Senior Manager Strategic Programs and Audience Marketing will develop and implement Indias program and audience marketing strategy bringing flagship programs to life through engaging physical and digital experiences.

This role requires deep understanding of B2B SaaS marketing across the customer lifecycle and active participation in growing India sales and marketing teams. Youll partner closely with India Sales APAC Integrated Marketing Solution Consultants Partners & Alliances and EFM peers. The ideal candidate has a strong background in building and executing high-calibre pipeline and revenue generating programs delivered at scale.

The right candidate has strong written communication project management and influencing skills is comfortable in a fast-paced high-pressure environment and experienced with digital event account-based and content marketing practices to develop innovative programs with pragmatic delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and deliver integrated programs with responsibility for achieving delegate registration attendance and pipeline targets
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to orchestrate customer marketing programs with scaled execution in areas such as Acquisitions & Growth User Groups & Communities Influence & Advocacy and Developer Relations
  • Develop data-informed audience segmentation strategy prioritising marketing channels and tactics for impact across the customer lifecycle
  • Drive consistent seamless customer experiences across programs to increase business outcomes and velocity working collaboratively across regional and local teams
  • Contribute innovative ideas and implement best practices to elevate scale and activate programs across the region
  • Integrate multiple channels across all campaigns including social media email telemarketing and partners
  • Deliver multi-channel data-driven marketing campaigns focused on increasing audience acquisition
  • Define strategy for managing and growing the marketing database
  • Manage event projects budgets and timelines with effective communications and reporting to all stakeholder groups
  • Leverage AI tools to drive efficiency and productivity

Skills & Competencies

  • Event Marketing Excellence: Planning executing and optimising integrated programs including flagship events roadshows webinars and hybrid experiences driving registration attendance and pipeline
  • Multi-Channel Campaign Management: Integrated campaigns across email social content syndication paid advertising and partner co-marketing
  • Data-Driven Marketing: Proficiency with marketing automation (Marketo or similar) CRM (MSFT Dynamics) and analytics tools to measure performance optimise ROI and report on pipeline contribution
  • Project Management: Managing multiple concurrent programs budgets timelines and cross-functional stakeholders in fast-paced environments
  • Collaboration & Influence: Building relationships and influencing across regional marketing sales partner and global teams in matrixed structures
  • Community & Advocacy: Developing customer communities user groups developer relations or advocacy initiatives driving engagement and adoption
  • AI & Marketing Technology: Leveraging AI-powered tools and emerging technologies for efficiency personalisation and campaign effectiveness
  • Vendor & Budget Management: Managing external vendors agencies and event partners with budget accountability

Experience Requirements

  • 7-10 years progressive B2B technology marketing experience with 4 years in event marketing demand generation or integrated campaign management
  • Proven track record planning and executing large-scale programs regional roadshows and virtual/hybrid experiences
  • Demonstrated measurable outcomes including pipeline generation revenue contribution lead acquisition and event engagement metrics
  • Experience in regional marketing roles with responsibility for India or similar high-growth APAC markets
  • Hands-on experience with MSFT Dynamics CRM marketing automation event management platforms and analytics/BI tools
  • Experience leading or contributing to teams of 2-5 people with ability to mentor junior marketers and coordinate with agencies/vendors
  • Track record managing marketing budgets of (USD)500K-(USD)2M annually with demonstrated ROI
  • SaaS cloud computing enterprise software or digital transformation experience strongly preferred
  • Familiarity with global-regional-local matrix environments
Education:
  • Undergraduate degree in marketing/business (or equivalent); advanced degree strongly preferred
  • MBA beneficial but not required
