Role OverviewThis is a front-end revenue-owning role responsible for driving design-wins program positioning and long-cycle salesof semiconductor solutions across Indias Aerospace Space and Defense ecosystem. The position owns relationships with DPSUs DRDO ISRO private defense primes Tier-1 system integrators and funded defense startups converting programs into long-term supply and revenue streams.
Key Responsibilities- Own business development and key accountsin Aerospace Space and Defense
- Drive demand creation and design-winsfor semiconductor and embedded solutions
- Build relationships with DPSUs DRDO labs ISRO centres private primes and Tier-1 integrators
- Track and convert defense programs RFQs tenders and long-cycle projects
- Work closely with FAE teams and global semiconductor suppliersfor solution positioning
- Lead commercial negotiations pricing roadmaps and supply commitments
- Build and manage sales pipeline forecasts and account strategies
- Represent the company in customer reviews technical meetings and industry forums
- Achieve revenue program-win and market-expansion targets
Candidate Profile- Degree in Electronics / Electrical / Technology(MBA preferred)
- Proven semiconductor or electronic components sales experience
- Mandatory exposure to Aerospace Defense or Space customers
- Experience working with defense OEMs system integrators or private IDH players
- Understanding of MCU SoC Analog Power RF Sensors Connectivity or Embedded solutions
- Strong knowledge of RFQs tenders design-win selling and program-based revenue cycles
- Ability to engage engineering sourcing program and CXO stakeholders
- Strong negotiation presentation and closing skills
- Self-driven target-oriented comfortable in long-cycle high-value sales
- Willingness to travel across India and overseas
