Purpose of the Role
To develop enhance and expand BSI Indias business footprint across Certification and Training services in sectors including IT Automotive Food & Processing Healthcare (Medical Devices Pharma Hospitals) BFSI General Manufacturing Product Certification and Healthcare (CE Marking).
Key Responsibilities
Drive revenue growth by achieving monthly and annual sales targets across a defined geography.
Promote and sell the One BSI portfolio to new and existing customers positioning BSI as a trusted long-term partner.
Act as a brand ambassador for BSI demonstrating ethical conduct and promoting excellence.
Identify market opportunities build strong client relationships and manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to delivery.
Serve as a trusted advisor to customers understanding their business needs and offering value-driven solutions.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and compliant delivery of sold services.
Use CRM tools (e.g. Salesforce) to manage accounts pipelines and forecasts effectively.
Key Skills & Experience
Degree or equivalent experience in B2B/sectoral sales.
Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and closing new business.
Strong communication negotiation and presentation skills.
Ability to engage senior stakeholders and explain complex technical solutions.
Self-motivated results-driven and comfortable working in a KPI-led environment.
Experience across certification training or professional services sales preferred.
