About the Role
As an Energy Consultant you will support the organisation and its clients by managing analysing and reporting on energy water and utility data using customised systems and tools. You will work closely with senior management internal teams technology partners and clients to deliver accurate insights improve energy performance and support data-driven decision-making.
This role blends energy analytics systems support and client consulting making it ideal for someone who enjoys working with data while engaging directly with stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct site inspections and data collection in line with NABERS procedures
- Manage and process energy water and utility data from multiple sources.
- Analyse and deliver utility performance and financial impact reports.
- Coordinate reporting and maintain communication with clients senior management and internal teams.
- Support system implementations data loads and ongoing system operations.
- Act as the liaison between clients and technical partners resolving issues and supporting enhancements.
- Provide training and support on energy and utility management systems.
- Identify opportunities for energy performance system and process improvements.
Knowledge & Experience
- Accredited NABERS Assessor (NABERS Energy and Water for Offices as a minimum) highly desired
- Green Star Accredited Professional (GSAP) WELL Accredited Professional (WELL AP) or other rating is highly desired
- Demonstrated experience in customer service and working with data and systems.
- Strong interpersonal and stakeholder engagement skills with a customer-focused approach.
- High proficiency in Microsoft Office particularly Excel (data analysis) and Word.
- Ability to manipulate interpret and critically analyse data from multiple sources.
- Proven ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within a team and taking direction from management.
