THE ROLE
We are seeking an exceptional educational leader to join our Executive Team as Dean of Teaching Learning and Innovation. Reporting to the Deputy Principal the role leads curriculum innovation academic performance and contemporary pedagogy across our Senior School (Year 7-12). You will work closely with the Deputy Principal Heads of Department and wider academic teams to delivery outstanding learning outcomes.
As Dean you will champion a modern relevant and impactful curriculum fostering a culture of collaboration continuous improvement and professional learning. With strong academic leadership youll ensure compliance with QCAA processes lead datainformed practice and strengthen pathways for every studentATAR vocational and alternativewhile modelling a positive approach to change and innovation.
