Reporting to theChief Financial Officeryoullmodernise how financeoperatesby leveraging automationAIand systems improvements while partnering closely with leaders across Finance IT/Digital and the broader business. Your work will streamline monthend processes enhance data quality and support growth through expert tax strategy and advisory.

Your day to day as theHead ofFinance Enablement;
Build the techenabled finance strategy:Shape and deliver the finance technology roadmap across all entitiesidentifyingautomation opportunities improving workflowefficiencyand uplifting system capability endtoend
Drive tax strategy & compliance:Own groupwide tax planning and compliance ensuring obligations are met on time while advising the CFO and senior leaders on transactionsacquisitionsand M&A structuring
Enable smarter faster operations:Oversee accounts payable and transactional processing reducing manual effort embedding strongcontrolsand accelerating processing times whilemaintainingaccuracy
Guide integration & transformation:Lead the financial systems integration for the Wellness platform and partner with IT/Digital to ensure alignment with enterprise architecture and digital strategy
Leada highperformingteam:Coachand develop teams across Tax Finance Systems and Finance Operations fostering a culture of excellencecollaborationand continuous improvement.

About you
AsaCA/CPAqualifiedfinance leader with experience across tax financesystemsand finance operationsyoubring strong commercial judgement a love of optimisation and the ability to simplify complexity for senior stakeholders.

Youareconfident navigating Australian tax legislation and experienced in automation systemupgradesor digital finance transformation. You thrive in environments where you can lift capability modernise processes all while leading teams with clarity and purpose.
