Job Summary
A warm and welcoming primary school in Lincolnshire is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Year 1 Teacher to join their committed teaching team. This full-time opportunity is ideal for a teacher who is passionate about early primary education and supporting children through the crucial transition from EYFS into Key Stage 1.

Key responsibilities include:
Planning and delivering engaging lessons aligned with the Year 1 curriculum
Supporting pupils as they transition into more structured learning

Creating a positive and inclusive classroom environment
Working closely with support staff and parents
The successful candidate will demonstrate:
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
Experience within KS1
Strong phonics and early literacy knowledge
Effective classroom management
Commitment to safeguarding and inclusion
