Job Summary

At SEYSES we continue to strengthen our team to support strategic projects within the renewable energy sector.

We are looking to hire a Logistics Supervisor with solid experience in wind and solar projects.

Position Overview

Supervise coordinate and optimize logistics activities related to the supply storage distribution and control of materials equipment and tools in the construction and operation of photovoltaic plants ensuring compliance with deadlines quality and safety.

Key Responsibilities

1. Coordinate the reception inspection and storage of photovoltaic materials and equipment.

2. Supervise internal and external transportation of components (panels inverters structures etc.).

3. Manage inventories and ensure full traceability of materials.

4. Ensure compliance with logistics procedures and safety regulations.

5. Collaborate with procurement construction and quality teams to guarantee an efficient flow of materials.

6. Monitor and report logistics indicators (KPIs) such as delivery times inventory turnover and logistics costs.

7. Coordinate on-site logistics personnel and transportation providers.

8. Implement continuous improvements in project logistics processes.

Qualifications & Requirements

Bachelors degree in Engineering (must hold a professional title).

Mexican nationality.

Advanced level of English (a proficiency test will be conducted).

Valid passport.

Minimum of 5 years of experience in logistics for photovoltaic or wind power plant projects.

Solid knowledge of photovoltaic materials and equipment.

Availability to travel and relocate to any state within the USA or Canada.

Willingness to assume a traveler position.

Ability to perform diverse roles and adapt to different project need
