Job Summary
Job Title: Installation Supervisor
Location: Fayetteville GA
Pay: $35-$45/hr
Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Installation Supervisor to oversee installation projects and field teams within a designated region. This role is responsible for coordinating installation activities ensuring project profitability supervising crews and maintaining strong relationships with customers and subcontractors.
Responsibilities
Plan and coordinate installation projects including materials permits scheduling and manpower.
Monitor project progress performance and profitability.
Supervise installation crews including Apprentices Journeymen and Foremen.
Hire train and provide performance feedback to field staff.
Maintain strong relationships with customers subcontractors and project stakeholders.
Ensure projects meet safety standards company policies and customer expectations.
Track project metrics and report job status.
Ensure compliance with jobsite safety and PPE requirements.
Qualifications
High school diploma or GED (technical/trade education preferred).
5 years of experience in commercial construction or a related field.
2 years of experience in a Foreman or supervisory role.
Knowledge of construction practices labor forecasting and project coordination.
Experience managing subcontractors preferred.
Strong leadership communication and problem-solving skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and basic business software.
Valid drivers license with a good driving record.
