Coverage Areas: Kurnool Nandyal Kodumur Bethamcherla Adoni
CTC: Up to 8.5 LPA

Role & Responsibilities:
Manage JLG Sales across all branches within the Kurnool region
Lead train and monitor field teams to drive business volumes and collection efficiency
Ensure adherence to MFI regulatory norms credit discipline and audit standards
Oversee new branch activation expansion and productivity improvement
Track daily branch-level MIS portfolio performance and delinquency management
Build strong relationships with local communities and stakeholders
Eligibility Criteria:
Minimum 6 years of experience in MFI/JLG Sales
Team handling is mandatory
Must have managed at least 5 branches in the region
Strong understanding of JLG methodology collections field supervision and compliance
Candidates with prior NBFC-MFI experience preferred
