Job Title: Business Development Manager – Micro Mortgage
Location: Sikar
CTC: Up to 6 LPA
Product: Micro Mortgage (Small Ticket Home Loan / LAP)
Role Type: Field Sales Acquisition Focused
Role Summary
The Business Development Manager will be responsible for sourcing and driving Micro Mortgage business in the assigned geography. The role focuses on customer acquisition building local referral networks and achieving disbursement targets while maintaining portfolio quality.
Key Responsibilities
Source Micro Mortgage business through direct sourcing referrals and local market outreach
Build and manage relationships with local builders brokers DSAs and influencers
Generate and maintain a strong sales pipeline for Home Loan and LAP products
Handle endtoend loan processing from sourcing to disbursement
Achieve monthly disbursement and revenue targets
Coordinate with credit and operations teams for smooth case processing
Conduct regular field visits and customer meetings
Ensure compliance with credit policies and documentation norms
Eligibility Criteria
Graduate in any discipline
Minimum 2–5 years of experience in Micro Mortgage / Affordable Housing / LAP / HL sales
Strong local market knowledge of Sikar and nearby regions
Good communication negotiation and customer handling skills
