Compensation & Benefits

• Hourly Rate: $30-$42/hour ($62400-$87360 annually)
• On-Call Pay: $150 per scheduled on-call shift
• Paid Time Off: 48 hours (increases to 168 hours with tenure)

Your Role: Commercial HVAC Technician

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform maintenance repairs and equipment replacements for commercial HVAC and refrigeration systems
• Install and service HVAC systems and ice machines
• Conduct preventative maintenance and recommend repairs
• Troubleshoot and assess system issues
• Respond to emergency service calls
• Provide facility condition observations and recommendations
• Collaborate with dispatchers coordinators and supervisors
• Follow all safety protocols and complete documentation accurately
• Work independently while delivering excellent customer service

Tools & Support

• Fully stocked service van
• Company-issued iPad and iPhone
• Provided PPE

Qualifications

Required:

• EPA Certification
• 3-6 years of experience in Commercial HVAC and refrigeration
• Proficiency in servicing installing and troubleshooting:
  • Commercial HVAC systems
  • Refrigeration systems and ice machines
  • Chillers cooling towers water source heat pumps
• HVAC Journeyman license (preferred)

Physical Requirements:

• Climb ladders while carrying up to 30 lbs.
• Lift up to 75 lbs. and work in confined spaces
• Wear required PPE

Additional Requirements:

• Willingness to work overtime and travel as needed
• Ability to meet security clearance requirements
• Pass drug background and drivers license checks

Skills & Abilities:

• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
• Familiarity with light commercial equipment
• Experience with industry software (a plus)
