Job Description: Help Desk Technician at ALVARADO PARKWAY INSTITUTE
About the organization:
Alvarado Parkway Institute (API) provides personalized behavioral healthcare services specializing in treatment for mental health substance use disorders and dual diagnoses.
Job Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting to staff members experiencing IT issues
- Install configure and maintain hardware and software systems
- Set up user accounts permissions and passwords
- Respond to email phone and in-person requests for technical support
- Document and track technical issues to ensure timely resolution
- Collaborate with IT team members to improve overall system efficiency
Essential Qualifications:
- Minimum of 1 year experience in a help desk or technical support role
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science or related field
- Strong knowledge of computer systems networks and software applications
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
Desired Experience:
- 2 years of experience in a help desk environment
- Certifications in relevant IT fields (e.g. CompTIA A)
- Experience working in a healthcare or mental health setting
Salary & Benefits:
The salary range for this position is between $40000 - $50000 per year.
