Job Description: Help Desk Technician at ALVARADO PARKWAY INSTITUTE

About the organization:

Alvarado Parkway Institute (API) provides personalized behavioral healthcare services specializing in treatment for mental health substance use disorders and dual diagnoses.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting to staff members experiencing IT issues
  • Install configure and maintain hardware and software systems
  • Set up user accounts permissions and passwords
  • Respond to email phone and in-person requests for technical support
  • Document and track technical issues to ensure timely resolution
  • Collaborate with IT team members to improve overall system efficiency

Essential Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 1 year experience in a help desk or technical support role
  • Bachelors degree in Computer Science or related field
  • Strong knowledge of computer systems networks and software applications
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills

Desired Experience:

  • 2 years of experience in a help desk environment
  • Certifications in relevant IT fields (e.g. CompTIA A)
  • Experience working in a healthcare or mental health setting

Salary & Benefits:

The salary range for this position is between $40000 - $50000 per year.
