Medical Negligence Associate

About the role:
- Work on high value and complex medical negligence matters across NSW QLD and WA including but not limited to: surgery & emergency treatment errors insufficient post-operative care pregnancy and childbirth complications paediatrics and gynaecology Cerebral palsy claims misdiagnosis or delay in diagnosis failure to advise of medical risks prescription and medication errors improperly inserted medical implants or devices and dental care errors.
- High level support available working directly with the firms Accredited Specialist and Special Counsel in Medical Negligence
The ideal candidate:
- A genuine interest in plaintiff medical negligence work
- Plaintiff experience preferred but mixed plaintiff and defendant experience is also valuable.
- Applicants from other states will be considered.
- Applicants with a mixed practice including medical negligence will also be considered if you are eager to specialise in medical negligence moving forward.
