About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst with strong expertise in the SAP Electric Billing domain to support enterprise initiatives for a utilities client. This is a hands-on onsite role in Miami FL requiring close collaboration with business stakeholders development teams and testing teams to deliver high-quality solutions aligned with business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead business requirements analysis process evaluation and solution validation.
- Design develop and execute comprehensive test strategies test plans and test scripts using both manual and automated testing approaches.
- Validate client requirements and ensure traceability across requirements testing and delivery.
- Coordinate effectively with internal and external stakeholders to ensure project alignment and timely delivery.
- Own testing design methodologies and maintain accurate up-to-date project documentation.
- Collaborate with development teams to build test and deliver project components within established SLAs.
- Apply and promote Agile methodologies actively participating in sprint planning reviews and retrospectives.
- Facilitate collaborative discussions analyze issues and categorize project challenges to drive resolution.
- Demonstrate leadership in project execution and build strong productive business relationships.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 8 years of experience as a Business Analyst.
- Strong expertise in SAP Electric Billing domain.
- Mandatory experience with WorkSoft.
- Hands-on experience with manual and automation testing approaches.
- Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies and frameworks.
- Proficiency with ALM tools such as Jira Confluence QMetry or similar.
- Excellent communication documentation and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred Skills:
- Utilities industry experience.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Experience working in cross-functional enterprise-scale environments.
- Proven ability to lead discussions and influence outcomes across teams.
