Key Responsibilities
Procurement & Vendor Management
- Source used/refurbishable IT hardware (laptops desktops accessories) from corporates vendors channel partners and bulk suppliers.
- Develop and manage strong relationships with suppliers to ensure consistent quality and supply.
- Negotiate pricing volumes and delivery timelines to achieve cost efficiency.
- Coordinate inward logistics asset verification and procurement documentation.
- Track market trends pricing benchmarks and availability of refurbished IT hardware and spares.
Sales & Business Development Support
- Manage B2B sales of refurbished IT hardware to corporates resellers and institutional clients.
- Identify new sales opportunities and maintain an active client pipeline in the Bangalore region.
- Coordinate with internal teams to match customer requirements with available refurbished inventory.
- Support pricing quotations order processing and sales closure activities.
- Handle client queries related to product specifications grading warranty and delivery timelines.
Inventory & Coordination
- Ensure alignment between procured assets and sales demand to avoid overstocking or shortages.
- Coordinate with operations/plant teams for availability of refurbished stock.
- Support accurate tracking of procured and sold inventory.
Reporting & Compliance
- Maintain procurement and sales records agreements and MIS reports.
- Monitor margins procurement costs and sales realization.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and basic data security requirements.
Requirements
Key Skills & Competencies
- Proven experience in procurement and sales within the IT hardware refurbishment or IT asset lifecycle industry
- Strong negotiation and vendor/client management skills
- Understanding of refurbished IT hardware grading pricing and market dynamics
- Good communication coordination and analytical skills
- Proficiency in MS Excel CRM or ERP systems
Qualification
- Diploma / Graduate in any discipline (Engineering or Electronics preferred)
- 35 years of relevant experience in IT hardware refurbishment procurement or B2B/B2C sales
