Role: Executive Assistant to the Country Director Delhi
Experience: 5-8 years
Salary: Up to 10-12 LPA
Key Responsibilities
1. Strategic Support
- Assist the Country Director in strategic planning and tracking key organizational priorities.
- Manage the Directors calendar travel meetings and stakeholder engagements.
- Prepare briefing notes presentations and reports for meetings with government officials board members and funders.
- Ensure the Director is prepared for all engagements with necessary documents and contextual insights.
- Coordinate with the leadership team to align progress and follow-up actions across different verticals.
2. Communication & Liaison
- Act as a bridge between the Country Director and internal teams to ensure an effective flow of information.
- Support cross-team coordination for leadership reviews and organization-wide priorities.
- Manage correspondence from the Directors office maintaining high standards of accuracy and confidentiality.
- Liaise with external stakeholders including donors and vendors as required.
3. Operations & Project Support
- Support the planning and execution of organizational events such as retreats and board meetings.
- Maintain updated records and trackers for key decisions and strategic initiatives.1
- Assist in preparing board materials and donor decks.
- Manage the cadence of leadership meetings including agenda setting and note-taking.
- Collaborate with the People & Culture team to ensure timely engagement from the Directors office.
Skills Required:

Experience: 58 years of relevant professional experience ideally supporting senior leadership in a development organization consulting firm or mission-driven institution.

Technical Skills: Proficiency in Google Workspace MS Office Suite and digital collaboration tools like Asana.

Core Competencies: * Strong organizational and communication skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Exceptional interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
- High emotional intelligence professionalism and discretion.
