Reporting to the Architectural Specialties Human Resources Manager the Safety & HR Generalist/Manager leads the development and implementation of site safety programs focused on achieving zero recordables and lost workday injuries. This role ensures regulatory compliance manages safety systems and provides onsite HR support across recruitment onboarding policy administration employee relations and engagement initiatives.
