Primary Accountabilities:
Lead Facility Managements functions including ConstructionProjectsand Space Planning Building Operationsand EngineeringVendor ManagementTenant relations Leasing arrangements and EHS ensuring alignment with Bank strategy andobjectives.
Serve as a strategic partner and advisor to senior executive team on long-term spaceutilizationand capital planning to support the Banks operations and objectives.
Establish a strategic roadmap and multi-year planning forecast to include identification of all capital and investments for infrastructure Bank initiatives customer needs and staffing.
Proactively engage with business lines toanticipateinfrastructure space and capital needs.
Oversee and support the Environmental Health & Safety Program with a focus onensuring a safework environment for all employees particularly in the operations areas.
Overseethe Groupsfinancial managementfunction including budgeting procurement billing contracts and asset management ensuring alignment with local and System budgetobjectives.
Build and sustain productive and collaborative relationships with customers Bank and System colleagues the Board of Governors and other regulatory agencies.
Participate and contribute to the System Corporate Real Estate and Subcommittee on Administrative Services workgroup initiatives in areas of responsibility aligning with Facilities Management strategicobjectives.
TypicalCandidate Requirements & Qualifications:
15 years offacilities and construction managementexperience.
12 years of progressive people andbusiness leadership experience.
Bachelors degree;Mastersdegree preferred.

Possessstrong executive presence and the ability to effectively navigate the complex leadership dynamics of both their respective Reserve Bank and System as a whole.
Intellectually curiousagileand innovativewith the ability to influence and build trust at all levels of the organization.

Locations:San Francisco Los Angeles Seattle Salt Lake City Phoenix for internal candidates; San Francisco or Los Angeles preferred for external candidates.
Must be able to work on site full time from any of our branch locations.
Base Salary Range: Min $255000.00 Mid $330500.00 Max $406000.00 USD Annual (Location: San Francisco)Final salary and offer will bedeterminedby the applicants background experience skills internal equity and alignment with geographic and other market data.
