The Role
We are looking for a versatile Mobile Engineer to join our Warsaw hub. You will architect and build cross-platform mobile applications moving fluidly between Flutter andReact Native.
We dont believe in one framework to rule them allwe use the right tool for the job. Currently that means high-performance Flutter apps for some products and React Native for others. You wont just be coding views; you will be defining how users interact with AI-driven backends and ensuring offline-first reliability.
We also believe the future of coding is AI-assisted. We expect you to leverage tools like Claude Code andCursor to move faster and focus on high-level architecture rather than boilerplate.
The Projects
You will be working on high-impact products immediately including:

: A comprehensive internal communication platform designed to connect companies with their decentralized workforce (frontline workers retail healthcare).1
AudioBreeze: An immersive application that generates dynamic audio soundscapes in real-time.
Tourism AI Assistant: A sophisticated chatbot and conversational interface developed for a major tourism corporation (confidential client).

What Youll Build & How

Architecture: Develop scalable mobile architectures using Flutter (Dart) and React Native (TypeScript).
AI-First Workflow: Utilize AI tools (Cursor Claude Code V0) to accelerate feature delivery refactoring and unit testing.
Native Performance: Build performant interfaces that respect platform specifics (iOS/Android) focusing on frame rates app size and battery efficiency.
Real-Time & Offline: Implement real-time data synchronization (WebSockets) and robust offline-first capabilities for users in the field.
Collaboration: Work in a hybrid setup with designers and backend engineers to define API contracts and product logic.

What You Bring

Versatility: You are not dogmatic. You have strong experience in either Flutter or React Native and are willing to master the other. (Ideally you are already comfortable with both).
TypeScript Fluency: When working in React Native you understand generics utility types and strict type safety.
AI Literacy: You are comfortable using AI coding assistants (Cursor Claude Code etc.) as a daily driver to enhance productivity.
State Management: Experience handling complex client-side state (e.g. Riverpod/BLoC for Flutter; Zustand/TanStack Query for React Native).
Engineering Standards: A pragmatic mindset toward CI/CD (Fastlane) automated testing and code quality.

Nice-to-Haves

Native Experience: Proficiency in Swift (iOS) or Kotlin/Java (Android) to write custom native modules when wrappers arent enough.
Experience interacting with GraphQL APIs.
Familiarity with Cloud Infrastructure (GCP/Azure).
Open-source contributions.

The Offer

Location: Hybrid role based in Warsaw.
Contract: B2B or Business Incubator - guaranteed load with 30 days notice period.
Rate: 25-40/h (approx. 6000/month gross) depending on skill level.
