About the PA or NP Cardiology opportunity
- Two Physician and4 APP Private Practice
- General Cardiology practice- no cardiac cath or EP
- See patients with Hypertension Hyperlipidemia Congestive Heart Failure Arrhythmias Peripheral Vascular Disease Angina
- Echo Stress testing Holter monitor Ultrasound testing Peripheral Vascular Disease PET scan
- See 10-12 patients each day with rest of team never alone
- Send out labs
- Office hours are Monday-Friday 8-5 (last patient is a 3:45)
- Shared weekly phone call (minimal calls) every 4 weeks
- EMR is Medent
- 8 exam rooms
- Up to Date provided by Practice
- Physician owner enjoys teaching and preceptors PA students
Requirements of the Cardiology PA or NP opportunity
- Completed masters degree as PA or NP with strong Cardiology during clinical training
- National Certification
- New York State Medical License
- Training and career focus in Cardiology- conferences preceptorship elective rotations
- Strong experience with EMR and completing daily patient notes
- Enjoy spending time with each patient teaching and sharing treatment plans

- Salary starts at $135000 with experience and moves toward $160000
