Job Summary

Founded in 1953 Aerosonic has grown to be a leader in aviation instrumentation and avionics equipment including air data systems standby displays digital and mechanical standby instruments sensors and probes. Our customers include the major manufacturers of todays civil military and business fixed-wing and rotorcraft platforms as well as all branches of the US military forces. We are currently seeking an on-site experienced and passionate Talent Acquisition Specialist for our Clearwater FL facility.

What Youll Do:

  • Develop innovative strategies to find exceptional candidates leveraging tech and traditional methods
  • Collaboration to define needs and create job descriptions
  • Champion a positive engaging experience for every applicant
  • Help us tell our story and attract talent that aligns with our mission

What Youll Bring:

  • 3-5 years of solid recruiting experience with proven success in sourcing and hiring for both exempt and non-exempt roles
  • Solid understanding of recruitment best practices and ATS (applicant tracking systems)
  • Excellent communication negotiation and relationship-building skills
  • A proactive results-driven mindset
  • Must be able to work with ITAR products and related data without restriction
