What Youll Do
Youll be the go-to for all things people-related from sourcing the right talent to setting the tone for our internal culture. This is not a siloed or administrative-only HR role. Were looking for someone who takes initiative owns outcomes and thrives in a collaborative environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Full-cycle Recruiting:
Own hiring from start to finish job descriptions sourcing screening interviewing and hiring across all departments.Onboarding & Culture:
Design and implement meaningful onboarding experiences that reflect our values and drive employee buy-in.HR Operations:
Oversee HR compliance employee records benefits coordination and assist in shaping internal policies and procedures.People Development:
Track employee performance help develop training pathways and support managers in coaching team members.Problem-Solving & Fire-Fighting:
Youre the calm in the storm able to handle the occasional one emergency a day with clarity and positivity.
The Right Fit Has
HR experience ideally with exposure to recruiting and internal people operations.
Proven ability to take ownership and follow through you dont wait to be told what to do.
Strong emotional intelligence intuition about people and a natural talent for building rapport.
A positive proactive attitude focused on solutions not blame.
A track record of creating buy-in and engaging teams around shared goals.
Experience in growing environments bonus if youve worked with founders or execs closely.
A passion for building culture and a belief that HR is more than policies its about people.
