We are seeking anAccounting Manager Revenue and Financial Reportingto join a premier global alternative investment platform. This is a highly visible leadership role within the Corporate Finance organization supporting Capital Markets businesses.
This position sits at the center of revenue recognition receivables oversight expense allocations and financial reporting for a complex multi-strategy investment platform. You will lead day-to-day revenue operations manage and develop a team and partner directly with senior finance leadership and business stakeholders to ensure accuracy transparency and operational excellence.
This is an outstanding opportunity for a technically strong accounting professional coming from public accounting and/or a asset management or investment advisor environment who wants exposure to senior leadership complex investment structures and a platform known for developing high-performing finance talent.
Note to auditors:No financial services experience required (must have strong ASC 606 alternatively)

Key Responsibilities
- Oversee accurate and timely revenue recognition across multiple investment strategies in accordance with applicable accounting standards and firm policies
- Lead monthly quarterly and annual close processes related to revenue and associated balance sheet accounts
- Manage receivables reconciliations cash application processes and collections oversight to enhance visibility and strengthen controls
- Oversee complex expense allocation and reimbursable processes across deal fund and portfolio company activity
- Review and enhance internal financial reporting provided to senior management including support for annual audited financial statements and covenant reporting
- Lead and develop direct reports while coordinating effectively with offshore accounting resources
- Contribute to process redesign documentation standards system enhancements and automation initiatives to strengthen infrastructure and scalability
Qualifications
- CPA and/or Masters degree preferred
- Significant accounting experience within public accounting asset management or investment advisory environments
- Strong understanding of investments partnerships and management company accounting
- Experience managing direct reports
- Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to balance hands-on execution and process improvement
