Job Description
The Talent Acquisition Specialist focuses on the sourcing of candidates establishing new sources creating a talent pipeline and implementing proactive recruiting initiatives.
Job Responsibilities
-Translate organizational needs within assigned region into candidate sourcing strategies with a strong emphasis on recruiting
-Develop and execute account & requisition specific regional recruiting strategies
-Develop and maintain database of community partnerships to address veterans and individuals with disabilities to support hiring managers local recruitment efforts
-Manage & engage with talent pipeline through ATS tool including but not limited to frequent communications to engage passive and active talent around brand promotion recruiting assistance and awareness of key vacancies in market
-Coordinate and run both internal/external job fairs open houses and community-based recruiting events. These efforts include all region- and market- wide recruitment initiatives.
-Act as a brand ambassador for company in the marketplace championing the companys brand to build awareness and attract diverse high performing talent
-Leverage business knowledge market intelligence and industry trends to inform hiring decisions
Qualifications
-Recruiting experience preferred
-Strong sourcing and candidate relationship building experience
-Experience with researching generating and successfully converting searches into a qualified candidate pool
-Proven experience with current Talent Acquisition technologies such as internet sourcing tools campaign management tools and networking/referral technologies
-Bachelors degree strongly preferred; High school diploma required
-Ability to influence strategy and provide mentoring and counseling to internal clients
-Strong organizational and time management skills
-Experience working with Applicant Tracking Systems required
Compenstation: Base Salary Commission
